Sephora seeks a Senior Beauty Advisor in Foshan to manage the sales floor, drive KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to lead a team. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the beauty industry and a vocational diploma are required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring high-quality customer service and an optimal shopping experience.
- Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Supervise product displays and ensure inventory is well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor staff appearance, scheduling, and attendance.
- Create a welcoming shopping environment and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Act as Floor Manager, overseeing floor operations and enhancing customer experience.
- Support store management in implementing sales strategies and motivating staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Assist with external communications, including liaising with landlords and local authorities.
- Handle daily operational issues to ensure smooth store operations.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to relocate within the city as required.
- Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules.
- Experience in store support is preferred.
