Role & Responsibilities

- Drive store KPI metrics and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Motivate and lead store staff, handling customer complaints effectively.
- Understand and achieve personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other KPIs.
- Assist beauty advisors in providing consultation services and product recommendations.
- Ensure proper execution of display management and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Act as a role model within the team, leading sales efforts during non-managerial shifts.
- Assist store management with external communications and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Potential for management and team collaboration.
- Willingness to relocate within the city as per operational needs.
- Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules.
- Experience in store support preferred.
- Completion of Sephora University basic management courses.

Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Education
Secondary school diploma or higher.
