Role & Responsibilities
- Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
- Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets while motivating store staff.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Execute visual merchandising to maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of testers.

Qualifications

- Experience in store support is preferred.
