Role & Responsibilities

  • Daily and monthly monitoring and reconciliation of bank account balances.
  • Booking customer payments for issued invoices.
  • Issuing invoices for marketing services provided to partners.
  • Ensuring invoices are sent to ANAF within the required deadline.
  • Weekly preparation of the cash flow report.
  • Monitoring payments to ensure alignment with the CFL budget.
  • Checking and reconciling payment methods with sales records.
  • Collaborating with the internal auditor for monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Providing support for the annual financial audit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in complex or multinational environments.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables. Understanding of national and international tax legislation. Experience with systems such as SAP is advantageous. Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and verification. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external teams. Problem-solving skills for identifying and correcting accounting errors.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in accounting, preferably within complex or multinational environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
