Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for part-time work at its Perryman Distribution Center, with a Monday–Friday, 6 p.m.–12 a.m. shift. The role supports seasonal distribution by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, preparing, replenishing, and shipping products while meeting safety, accuracy, and production standards. Target pay is $18 per hour; certain schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, replenish, and ship Sephora products in accordance with established processes, procedures, production rates, and standards.
- Follow company, state, and OSHA safety guidelines, wear required protective equipment, and report potential safety concerns.
- Follow Loss Prevention policies and maintain appropriate work attire to help safeguard products and people.
- Maintain reliable attendance and a flexible schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed to support business and operational needs.
- Learn warehouse layouts and workflows and cross-train in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping as needed.
Qualifications
- Able to stand, walk, sit, squat, and lift throughout the shift, including consistently lifting up to 50 lbs safely.
- Able to work on site at the Perryman Distribution Center.
- May need to work evenings or weekends.
