Role & Responsibilities
- Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
- Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments as needed.
- Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety rules and regulations, ensuring safe working practices.
- Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
- Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
- Proactively respond to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products.
- Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers accurately.
- Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
