Role & Responsibilities

  • Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship products according to established production rates and procedures.
  • Cross-train in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, including OSHA standards.
  • Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

Skills

Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications. Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishing products. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Experience

Beginner level experience in warehouse operations or a similar environment is required.

Compensation
