Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate in Trois-Rivières to support customer service and store operations during busy holiday periods, including replenishment, inventory, orders and visual merchandising. The role offers up to 14 hours per week according to business needs, with non-guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling; evening, weekend and peak-period availability is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support the achievement of sales goals.
- Support store operations, including replenishment, inventory management, order processing and compliance with operating standards.
- Assist with promotional setups and in-store events.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
- Follow Sephora policies and help maintain an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked store environment.
Qualifications
- Retail, hospitality or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
