Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak business moments
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand standards and promotional setups
- Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable shopping environment in compliance with company policies
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and valued
Qualifications
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
