Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers to discover products aligned with their unique beauty and wellness needs across all store departments
- Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening, observing emerging product trends, and educating clients on features and benefits
- Support loyalty programme uptake and membership value communication to drive customer engagement and retention
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to expand product knowledge and technical expertise
- Multitask effectively during peak trading periods, prioritising customer service whilst managing store operations on busy trading days
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors and store management to maintain store standards and foster an inclusive, supportive team environment
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build genuine client relationships
