Sephora Perth CBD seeks Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for casual, fixed-term role through January 2027 at AUD $36.33/hr plus loadings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers across all store departments
- Create compelling customer experiences by actively listening to client needs and guiding purchases
- Demonstrate proficiency with Sephora's loyalty program and encourage customer enrollment
- Participate in continuous learning through the proprietary online platform and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Maintain product knowledge on iconic brands and emerging beauty trends
- Execute effective multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment whilst maintaining team standards
- Support cross-functional store operations during peak trading periods (Thursday to Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts)
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Full availability throughout the contract period (November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive)
- Flexibility to work late-night and weekend shifts during peak trading days
