Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences while achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards throughout the store
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all clients and team members feel empowered

Qualifications
