Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for a flexible, part-time role with non-guaranteed hours, expected to range from 0–14 hours per week according to business needs. The associate supports client service, sales, store operations and visual merchandising, and must be available from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by setting up promotions accurately and executing events.

- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
