Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Mt. Juliet for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with an expected 0–14 hours per week and scheduling from October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and inclusive team practices; hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
