Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Miami to support client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours seasonal role offers 0–14 hours per week based on business needs, with availability required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
