Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers by delivering personalized product recommendations across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments
- Build and maintain client relationships through active listening and understanding of individual customer needs
- Promote and educate customers on Sephora's loyalty program features and benefits
- Observe and communicate knowledge of new product releases and iconic brands to customers and team members
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Multitask effectively during high-traffic periods, particularly Thursday through Sunday peak trading days
- Maintain product knowledge currency through engagement with the online learning platform
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and respond dynamically to customer and operational needs
