Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for their Fayetteville location to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses client service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational support across a flexible schedule of 0–14 hours per week through January 10. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of sales goals through attentive service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational readiness
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization while supporting daily operational standards
