Sephora seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate in Chicago to support client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours seasonal role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with availability required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $19.80–$22.90 per hour, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with promotional setups and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Help foster an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store and support store operations and onstage service during peak business moments.
- Be available for scheduling Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays; weekly hours may vary from 0–14 based on business needs.
