Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Cedar Hill, Texas, to support client service, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on business needs, and is scheduled from October 5 through January 10; availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to maintain the store’s visual presentation.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.

- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store during peak business periods.
