Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and brand presentation
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora standards, policies, and maintain a clean, safe, and secure shopping environment
- Support store operations during peak retail hours, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
