Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in West Des Moines for a non-guaranteed-hours, part-time role, with an expected 0–14 hours per week. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising, and must be available from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on geographic location.
