Sephora Canada seeks a Seasonal Associate in Toronto to deliver exceptional client service and support store operations during peak retail periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in creating outstanding shopping experiences and achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution consistent with Sephora brand standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and safety standards to create an enjoyable shopping environment
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all clients and colleagues feel empowered
- Support flexible scheduling with availability during nights, weekends, and peak retail operations
Qualifications
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and efficiently complete assigned tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
