Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Tempe for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role scheduled from October 5 through January 10, with expected hours of 0–14 per week. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and event execution during peak business periods, with hourly pay of $18.00–$20.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
