Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Sudbury for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with flexible scheduling and an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, fulfillment, and visual merchandising during the holiday season; compensation is CAD 19.20–22.60 per hour, with final pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to teamwork.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights and weekends.
