Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate to support client service, sales, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak periods in San Ramon. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional displays and support event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
