Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Riverhead for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time position, with expected schedules of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, store operations and visual merchandising during peak business periods; candidates must be available Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.

- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
