Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Pleasanton for non-guaranteed, part-time flex hours, expected to vary from 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, store operations, merchandising and fulfillment during peak periods; scheduling is available Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays. The hourly pay range is $22.60–$26.00, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Set up promotions accurately and execute events to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Provide store operations support and onstage service during peak business periods, while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.
