The Seasonal Retail Associate supports client service, sales goals, daily store operations and visual merchandising at Sephora’s Pittsburgh Shadyside store. This part-time, seasonal position offers non-guaranteed, flexible hours of 0–14 per week based on business needs, with scheduling from October 5 through January 10 and availability required for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by setting up promotions accurately and executing events.
