The Seasonal Retail Associate at Sephora supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak holiday periods. This part-time, seasonal, non-guaranteed-hours role has a variable expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week, including availability for nights and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and maintain a clean, safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
- Provide support for store operations and onstage service during peak business periods.
