Sephora is hiring a part-time Seasonal Retail Associate in Pensacola for non-guaranteed hours, with an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, store operations, merchandising, and events during peak retail periods, with availability required from October 5 through January 10. Hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to maintain Sephora’s visual merchandising standards.
- Help promote an open and inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Provide store operations and onstage service support during peak business periods while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.
- Be available for scheduling Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
- Work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
