Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate at Florida Mall in Orlando for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours, part-time position with 0–14 expected hours per week. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, promotional setups, and event execution, and must be available October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications
