Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to deliver client service and support store operations, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling availability required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Provide store operations and onstage service during peak business periods while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.
Qualifications
- Availability for a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment preferred.
