Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate at The Grove in Los Angeles for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role, with expected hours varying from 0–14 per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak periods, and must be available for scheduling from October 5 through January 10. Hourly pay is $22.60–$26.00.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience preferred.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations.
- Available to be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
