Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate in Los Angeles to support client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling availability required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays; hourly pay is $22.60–$26.00.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.

- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store during peak business periods.
