Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours position with flex scheduling, expected to range from 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak business periods; scheduling availability is required Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
