Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Johns Creek for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, expected to work 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and store standards, and must be available for peak periods and scheduling from October 5 through January 10. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and daily operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional setups and execute events to support visual merchandising.
