Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Holyoke for a flexible, part-time role with non-guaranteed hours of 0–14 per week, scheduled according to business needs from October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, visual merchandising and an inclusive shopping environment, with availability for peak periods, nights, weekends and holidays. Pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
