Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate in Eugene to support client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role has an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week, with flexible weekly hours, and is scheduled from October 5 through January 10.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by setting up promotions accurately and executing events.
