Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Encinitas for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with expected hours of 0–14 per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and store standards, and must be available from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store.
Qualifications
- Retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience preferred.
- Available to work Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
- Available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
