Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate in Elk Grove, California, to support client service, sales, store operations, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers 0–14 hours per week based on business needs, with availability required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional displays and execute events in line with Sephora’s visual merchandising standards.
