Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Edmonton for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours position averaging 0–14 hours per week according to business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak periods, with availability for nights and weekends required; pay is CAD 17–20 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and maintain a clean, safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.
