Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Culver City for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with 0–14 hours per week from October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak periods, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays. The hourly pay range is $22.60–$26.00, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Help foster an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.
- Be available for scheduling from October 5 through January 10.
- Work a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
