Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate in Chattanooga to support client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising. This flexible, part-time role has non-guaranteed hours of 0–14 per week, with scheduling from October 5 through January 10 and availability required for nights, weekends and holidays; hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30, depending on location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to reflect Sephora’s brand through visual merchandising.
- Help foster an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience preferred.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
