The Seasonal Retail Associate supports client service and store operations at Sephora in Calgary, including inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak business periods. The position is part-time, with flexible, non-guaranteed hours expected to range from 0–14 per week based on business needs; availability for nights and weekends is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a clean, safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, creating a welcoming experience and keeping the store stocked and visually ready.
