Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate in Burbank, California, to support client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and event execution. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on business needs; availability is required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events in line with Sephora’s visual standards.
- Help promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store.
