Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role in Bronx, with expected hours of 0–14 per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak periods, and must be available for scheduling Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. The hourly pay range is $21.75–$24.88, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional displays and execute events in line with Sephora’s brand.

- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store.
