Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate in Bradenton for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with a flex schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising, and must be available for peak periods and scheduling from October 5 through January 10. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Help promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store during peak business periods.
