Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate in Bend, Oregon, for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week from October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and an inclusive shopping experience; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Set up promotions accurately and execute events to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.

- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store.
