Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate in Attleboro for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role scheduled from October 5 through January 10, with expected hours of 0–14 per week. The associate supports client service, sales, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and a safe, inclusive shopping environment; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Help execute visual merchandising, promotional setups, and events in line with Sephora’s brand.
