Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with weekly hours varying from 0 to 14 based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales, store operations, inventory, order fulfilment and visual merchandising, and must be available from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfil orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional displays and execute store events in line with Sephora’s brand.
- Help foster an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Availability for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Available to be scheduled from October 5 through January 10.
- Retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
